Unlike other categories, this tier prioritizes cinematic storytelling over character framing. The final composition is driven by narrative impact, not by portrait or body-length formats.Large-scale, multi-character, or highly complex scenes may be priced beyond this range.

2. ART DESCRIPTION TEMPLATE

I will send you an Art Description template to fill in.
This will help define the scope, direction, and expectations of the artwork.

3. QUOTATION & CONFIRMATION

After reviewing your brief, I will confirm:
- Final price
- Estimated timeline
- Revision scope (based on the commission tier)
Once agreed, we proceed to payment.

4. FIRST PAYMENT

An invoice for the initial payment will be sent.
Your slot is secured, and the project officially begins once payment is completed.

5. SKETCHING (REVISION STAGE 1)

A sketch will be provided for approval.
This stage allows revisions to composition, pose, and overall direction, as outlined in the Revision Policy.

6. COLOR ROUGH (REVISION STAGE 2)

A color rough WIP will be shared to establish mood, lighting, and color direction.
Revisions at this stage are limited to color and atmosphere adjustments.
If applicable, an invoice for the remaining balance will be sent at this stage.

7. RENDERING & POLISHING (REVISION STAGE 3)

This is the most time-consuming phase.
Weekly WIP previews will be provided until completion.
Only minor refinements are allowed, as defined in the Revision Policy.

8. Final artwork delivery

Once completed and approved,
the final high-resolution artwork files will be delivered.


terms and condition


Fees and payment

  1. All payments are processed in USD via PayPal. Payment is considered complete once the funds have been successfully received in the Artist’s account.

  2. For clients based in Indonesia, local bank transfer via BCA is available as an alternative payment method. All prices remain denominated in USD and will be converted to IDR based on the current exchange rate at the time of invoicing.

  3. An invoice will be issued for each payment made.

  4. Projects valued at USD 325 or below require full payment upfront.

  5. Projects valued above USD 325 require a 70% upfront payment. The remaining balance is due upon submission of the color rough stage.

  6. PayPal transaction fees (5%) will be added to the total invoice amount.

  7. The Client will be added to the Commission Queue once the first payment is completed (or after the Commitment Fee, if applicable).

Commitment fee &
waiting list

  1. The waiting list will be opened when the commission queue is full.

  2. Clients will be added to the waiting list after paying a commitment fee of 25% of the agreed price. This fee functions as a slot reservation and will be deducted from the final payment once the project begins.

  3. The commitment fee is non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation initiated by the artist.

Revision policy

The Client is entitled to a maximum of 3 revision rounds, divided by production stages as follows:


Revision Stage 1 — Sketch Phase

  • Adjustments to pose, camera angle, composition, and overall direction are allowed.

  • This stage is intended for major conceptual decisions.


Revision Stage 2 — Color Rough Phase

  • Adjustments to color, lighting, and overall mood are allowed.

  • Changes must remain consistent with the approved sketch and may not alter the core concept or composition.


Revision Stage 3 — Final Artwork (80% Completion)

  • Only minor refinements are allowed, such as small color tweaks or detail adjustments.

  • No changes to pose, composition, or overall direction are permitted at this stage.


Additional Revision

  • Any revision requests outside the scope of the stages above will be treated as additional work and may incur an extra fee of 10–20% of the final price, depending on complexity.

  • Approval at each stage is considered final and cannot be reverted once production moves forward.

Cancellation

  1. If the Client cancels the commission order, all payments made by the Client to the Artist will not be refunded and the Artist has the right to offer the use of any work produced to another party without any obligation to provide compensation, penalty, or cost of any kind to the Client.

  2. If the Artist cancels the commission order, the Artist is obliged to return all fees paid by the Client and the Artist is prohibited from providing the use of the artwork(s) to any party.

  3. In the event of client inactivity or ghosting, defined as no response for 14 (fourteen) consecutive days after the Artist’s last message, the commission will be automatically cancelled. All payments made are non-refundable, and the Artist reserves the right to close the project without further notice.

  4. Any delay caused by client inactivity will not extend the delivery timeline.

Grant of rights

  1. All commissioned artworks are, by default, intended for personal use only. Clients are not permitted to reproduce, redistribute, or profit from the artwork in any form without prior written agreement.

  2. Copyright ownership of all commissioned artworks remains with the Artist, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

  3. Any commercial use, reproduction, or transfer of rights must be discussed separately and requires a written agreement and additional licensing fees.

  4. The Artist retains the right to display, publish, and promote the commissioned artwork for portfolio, self-promotion, social media, and other promotional purposes.

  5. Proper credit to the Artist must be given whenever the artwork is displayed publicly, privately, or online, where applicable.

  6. All commissioned artworks are strictly prohibited from being used as AI training data, datasets, or for any machine learning purposes.
