All commissioned works by default are for personal use only, and clients are not permitted to make profit or reproduce the artwork for any purpose other than personal use.

The Artist have the authority to create content(s) related to the produced artwork and have the right to obtain profits from said content.

Artwork copyrights by default belongs to the Artist. Please contact the Artist to discuss further regarding commercial use and transfer of rights for the commissioned artwork.

The Artist shall receive authorship credit for any reproduction of the Artist's work and when Client displays the Artist's work publicly, privately, or via the Internet.

All commissioned works will be PROHIBITED to be utilized as AI training material.

All payment will be done in USD, via PayPal. The payment is declared to be complete when the fund has effectively entered the Artist’s account.

For each payment, the Artist will provide an invoice.

All project that value 325 USD or lower must be paid 100% upfront.

All project that value higher than 325 USD will have the option to pay 70% upfront. The remaining fee is due upon submission of the color rough phase.

The client will be charged for additional 5% of paypal fee.

The client will be added to the Commission Queue after the first payment is complete (or after the Commitment Fee - if there's any).

Waiting list will be open when the Commission Queue is full.

The client will be added to Waiting List after paying 25% of the agreed price as Commitment Fee.

Commitment Fee cannot be refunded, except due to cancellation by the artist.

If the Client cancels the commission order, all payments made by the Client to the Artist will not be refunded and the Artist has the right to offer the use of any work produced to another party without any obligation to provide compensation, penalty, or cost of any kind to the Client.

If the Artist cancels the commission order, the Artist is obliged to return all fees paid by the Client and the Artist is prohibited from providing the use of the artwork(s) to any party.

After 14 (fourteen) days without respond, and without apparent reason, from the last email sent by the artist, it is deemed the Client has cancelled the commission order. Any payment that has been made cannot be refunded.
